Delete your Quizzena account and data

Quizzena is operated by Plutus 369 LLC. This page explains how to delete your Quizzena account and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself, inside the app

Open Quizzena and go to:

Settings → Delete my data

You will be asked to confirm. The deletion cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

Email support@oralie.us from the address linked to your account, or tell us the username you play under, and we will delete your data for you. We will complete the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your Quizzena account and profile data — your username, country, and account creation date
Your gameplay and progress data stored on Google Firebase — games played, questions answered, accuracy, streaks, experience points, levels, prestige, Quanta, achievements, titles, playtime history, per-topic progress, and which topics you follow
Your Firebase Authentication account, including any email address you linked, once the deletion completes successfully
Your account data stored locally on the device, including any profile or background photo you chose — photos are only ever stored on your own device

What may remain on your device

Non-personal app preferences — such as your language, sound, and visual effect settings — stay on your device after deletion. They contain no personal information and are not sent to our servers.

Uninstalling Quizzena removes those too.

If the deletion does not fully complete

The app deletes your server-side data at the moment you confirm. Occasionally that cannot finish straight away — for example if your device is offline, or if Firebase requires you to sign in again before removing a linked account.

If that happens, the app will tell you on screen. Your data is removed from the device either way. To finish removing it from our servers, email support@oralie.us and we will complete the deletion for you.
